Exciting Announcement: I Will Be an Attending Author at Books by the Arch 2026 in St Louis MO

I am so excited to share some news with you all! Next year, on October 17, 2026, I will be attending Books by the Arch, the 5th annual literary event held St Louis, Missouri. This event brings together authors, readers, and book lovers in the Midwest to celebrate their love of reading and meet some of their favorite authors. Books by the Arch 2026 Attending Authors

Books by the Arch is an annual book festival that celebrates authors and readers in the St Louis area. It offers attendees the chance to meet attending authors, get books signed, and make local bookish friends

Being part of this growing event is an honor, especially since it will be my first official large-scale event as an attending author. I am so excited to meet and connect with readers, and tell you all about 'Oenone' in person! Make sure to bring your copy of 'Oenone' with you so you can have it signed and personalized by me. I will also have copies available for purchase and signing.

St Louis is also the perfect location for readers of 'Oenone' because the real life sculpture that inspired the book is located in this very city! While you're in town to attend Books by the Arch, make sure to stop by the Mildred Lane Kemper art museum to see 'Oenone' by Harriet Hosmer.

What am I reading right now? Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez

Boy, I just started this book and I am already so invested. This contemporary romcom gives 'The Little Mermaid' vibes in that although the main character and the love interest come from completely different worlds (he's a small town boy with a love for animals, she's a Doctor in the city from a prestigious family), they are undeniably and inexplicably drawn to each other. I love that this is set in the Minneapolis area as well. Being a local Minnesotan, it's so fun and refreshing to read a book where I can picture the exact settings because they're so familiar and close to home. Part of Your World is the first in a series by Jimenez, and one I'm looking forward to continuing to read! If you enjoy love, humor, and the cutest animal descriptions, all wrapped up in a beautiful Midwestern setting, you definitely need to pick up Part of Your World.
