Do you want a signed copy of 'Oenone'? Do you love dogs? Do you live in Minnesota?
If the answer to those questions was "Yes" then you have to visit Harvest for Hounds! This is Warrior Dog Rescue's annual fall Farmer's Market. While I am not able to attend this year due to a conflicting event, I am sending a few signed copies of 'Oenone'. I am also donating 20% of all proceeds for any books sold at Harvest for Hounds. That means you can get a signed copy while also supporting Warrior Dog Rescue!

Warrior Dog Rescue is a dog rescue based in Savage, MN. I began volunteering there in 2022, and shortly thereafter I began to foster dogs with them. To date, I have fostered 22 dogs. Though my fostering journey has slowed lately due to a lot of travel and Frodo's health issues, I still volunteer and help where I can in different ways. Their mission is close to my heart and I hold the team dear, which is why I was thrilled when they asked if I could provide some signed copies of 'Oenone' for the fall fundraiser.
In addition to signed copies of 'Oenone' there will also be fresh, homemade baked goods, craft items, and more for sale, as well as fall activities and even an adoption event! Even if you already have a copy of the book, you should stop by to browse the market, meet some awesome adoptable dogs, and enjoy a fall activity or two.
What am I currently reading? Racing Hearts by Ann Adams!
I picked up this sports romance from a fellow 2026 debut author Ann Adams while I was on my Midwest Book Tour. Main characters Kath and Adrian kept me company during my signings. Adams does a great job with characterization, it feels like these characters are truly people that I know. I love the balance of tension and humor between the love interests. This is my first time reading Sports Romance (I know that's shocking considering how popular the genre is), and though I don't know anything about rowing that doesn't hinder me from understanding the stakes for the characters, and feeling their love for the sport. If you enjoy Sports Romance, or just want to read a cute romcom with lovable characters, then pick up Racing Hearts!
